A: 最大的好處是提供了RPC Over HTTP的功能！使用MAPI的使用者可以只透過SSL 443 Port直接與Exchange Server 2003進行連線！這樣一來就可以不用大費周章的去修改Exchange的port或是將防火牆開大量的Port
Q3: 請問在OWA Outlook Web Aclearcase/" target="_blank" >ccess上有何不同之處嗎
A: 最大的差別在於其使用者介面已經改為Outlok2003介面！此外在以前的版本無法針對郵件按右鍵做任何動作，現在則會出現快速功能表！此外閱讀窗格也有所改進！更重要的是可以藉由修改Register Key啟動防止使用者透過OWA的方式將機密檔案下載回公司以外的地方
Q4: 對一般資訊管理者而言最難搞的莫過於垃圾郵件，請問在這方面有任何突破嗎
A: 對於這個部份Exchange2003有了很大的改進！除了保有寄件者篩選外還新增加了連線篩選及收件者篩選！連線者篩選可以參考外面的黑名單資料庫，而收件者篩選則可以根據AD來判斷是否真有該收件者存在若有才將信收進來！這樣一來就可以大量減少垃圾郵件
Q5: 請問在介紹書中有描述到：使用Kerberos委派來協助確保該憑證是安全，請問是什麼意思
A: Kerberos is a more secure authentication method that Exchange 2003 supports. You can use it to enhance the security when visiting OWA. Kerberos authentication is only supported from Internet Explorer 5.01 for Windows 2000 and later

A: Enhanced Clustering Support
When Exchange Titanium is being used on Windows .NET Server 2003, up to 8 nodes in a cluster are supported. This support extends to both Windows .NET Server 2003, Enterprise Edition; and Windows .NET Server 2003, Datacenter Edition. All support above 2 nodes is Active／Passive; at least one node in the cluster must be passive.
Exchange Titanium on Windows 2000 SP3 supports up to 4 node clusters when used in conjunction with Windows 2000 Datacenter, and up to 2 node clusters when used with Windows 2000 Advanced Server.
Mount Point Support with Clusters
When Exchange Titanium is installed on a Windows .NET Server 2003 cluster, you can use mount points to overcome the 24-drive letter limitation. This is especially useful for clusters that employ more than 2 nodes.
Mount points are not supported in non-cluster Exchange environments, or where the operating system is Windows 2000

A: 此功能的用意為，在Exchange 2000，當您傳送信件給一各DL，如果DL當中有人設定郵件答錄機自動回戶訊息的話，您將會收到此人OOF的訊息，但在Exchange 2003除非此人list在郵件地址中，否則您將不會收到他的郵件答錄訊息，如此可以避免發件者收到太多不必要的郵件答錄的回覆
