响应 NWG/RFC67

Bill的建议确实不错;不过,我现在的政策是鼓励迅速的实施一号文献中的协议,而他有关改动的建议需要延后.对于我来说最重要的是,在对不是急需改变的协议改变之前,通过对网络的使用获得经验.(我在几个站点对Bill的建议做了民意测验.已经实施了NCP的站点同意这个政策,而远没跟上的站点则希望Bill所建议的改动发生.)


总的来说,怀着对改动的尊敬,我相信改动对于增进效率,提供更高的适应性和保证可靠性都是很有必要的.现在我们中的很多人都可以提出改动,不过我认为在使用的过程中将会出现更明确的想法.
