领测软件测试网 解决了Main mode之后Quick mode没反应的问题。
只能怪自己不好好看文档。读原著永远是解决问题的第一方法。

If none of the --encrypt, --authenticate, --compress, or --pfs flags is given, the initiating the connection will only build an ISAKMP SA. For such a connection, client su.nets have no meaning and must not be specified.
